Career Coaching Appointment Topics

Career coaching is a student-centered partnership between student and career coach designed to assist the student in developing career management skills while meeting the student’s career goals.

Individual career coaching appointments are available to students and recent graduates regarding all areas of career planning and preparation. Appointments can be scheduled online through Handshake, our online career platform.

Augie Choice
 Learn more about the process for applying for Augie Choice funds for your internship, study abroad, or student research experience
Career & Vocational Exploration Identify your skills, gifts, values and how to live those out with and for others in the world as a foundational understanding of self and others that can be used to develop academic, vocational, and professional path plans.
Graduate or Professional School For those considering graduate or professional school, researching programs, or completing applications.
Internship Registration Register an existing internship for credit or meet with the internship course faculty supervisor. This is NOT an internship search appointment.
Interview Prep/Mock Interview Learn interview strategies and practice your interview skills
Job or Internship Search Discuss any aspect of the Job or Internship Search
LinkedIn Professional Head Shot Photos Select this appointment type to schedule your LinkedIn Head Shot. This photo CANNOT be used for passports or other legal documents.
