Deb Erhart is a Human Resources Talent Acquisition Consultant working with student teachers at Fort Bend Independent School District in Sugar Land, Texas. She created the Grow Your Own program for employees with bachelor’s degrees who would like to become teacher certified and work with interns and student observers.
