Welcome to Augustana’s Student Outcomes Dashboard
Our annual First Destination Survey tracks where our graduates are six months after graduation. We gather data through surveys, online searches, faculty/staff input, and direct outreach. For those who earn multiple majors, their outcomes are recorded under each relevant major. Over two‑thirds of our students pursue more than one major.

Explore outcomes in two easy ways:

  • By Division (All Programs/Majors): Get a high‑level snapshot across a division like STEM or Humanities. View metrics such as top employers, graduate school destinations, degree types, and employment locations.

  • By Specific Major: Drill down to explore outcomes tied to a particular field, like Biology or Political Science, and see exactly where those majors lead.

Use the toggle to switch between “All Academic Divisions/Schools” and “All Programs/Majors.” Choose a graduation year to view data from that cohort. You can also toggle charts and print the visualizations.

Browse outcomes by selecting:

  • Major: When you want targeted insights into a specific discipline’s outcomes.

Student Outcomes are part of an annual First Destination Survey administered for each graduating class.  Data collected includes what students are doing within 6 months of graduation.

This provides a listing of organizations where recent graduates are employed within six months of graduation

This provides a listing of locations where recent graduates are employed within six months of graduation
