Augustana’s Student Outcomes Dashboard
Welcome to Augustana’s Student Outcomes Dashboard
Our annual First Destination Survey tracks where graduates are six months after graduation. Data is collected through surveys, online searches, faculty and staff input, and direct outreach. Because many students complete more than one major, outcomes are recorded under each relevant major.
This dashboard highlights key outcomes including first destinations, experiential learning participation, top employers, employment locations, industries and job functions, and graduate school pathways such as degree types, universities, and fields of study.
Explore outcomes in two ways:
By Division (All Programs/Majors)
View high-level trends across academic divisions such as STEM, Humanities, and Social Sciences.
By Major
Explore detailed outcomes for a specific program and see where graduates in that field are working or continuing their education.
Use the toggle to switch between “All Academic Divisions/Schools” and “All Programs/Majors.” Select a graduation year to view a specific cohort. Charts can also be toggled or printed.
Choose:
Division: to compare broader trends across fields.
Major: to see outcomes tied to a specific discipline.
