As a participant in the NSF-funded REU program in Physics And Astronomy at TCU, you will:
Collaborate on a research project with TCU faculty mentors, graduate students and other
students.
Learn about working in industry through behind-the-scenes field trips.
Develop skills in giving research presentations.
Participate in a short course on research ethics
Receive a $5400 stipend, free housing on campus, travel support to/from TCU, field trips, access to library and recreation facilities, and paid travel expenses to a scientific conference.
Program Dates: May 29th – July 26th, 2024 (9 weeks)
(we allow some flexibility on an individual basis)
