We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Development & Construction Analyst to join our dynamic team and oversee the successful execution of our commercial real estate portfolio.
Role Description This full-time Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Development & Construction Analyst role is a hybrid position based in the Greater Milwaukee Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role includes managing daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing project documentation, preparing reports, and supporting internal and external communications. The individual will assist with construction and development-related analysis, including tracking project progress, reviewing budgets, monitoring timelines, and maintaining project control logs. Responsibilities also involve coordinating with project managers, contractors, and vendors, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, and helping prepare presentations and financial summaries for stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up on project issues, and consistent support of both development and construction teams.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review project data, evaluate construction progress, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and to prepare clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess Project Control and Budgeting skills to help track schedules, costs, and resources for multiple development projects.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to assist with cost reporting, invoicing review, and basic financial analysis related to projects.
- Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic project management tools. Preferred but not required, experience with Quickbooks Online and Procore
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, real estate, or a related discipline is beneficial.
