The Viking Score is Augustana’s career-readiness program designed to support you through college and into post-grad life. By completing key experiences and tracking your progress, you’ll earn points, and incentives, while building a strong foundation for your future.
Whether you’re exploring options, preparing your tools, gaining experience, or launching your job or grad school search, the Viking Score helps you stay on track and recognize your achievements.
How It Works

- Earn points throughout each academic year
- Activities include worksheets, coaching conversations, events, and more
- Submit your completed activities using the reporting form below
- Points are tallied through April 30 each year
