Our students have the opportunity to understand their Career Readiness Skills using SkillSurvey, an online platform based on the eight Career Readiness Competencies through the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

Students are evaluated through their internships, on campus student employment positions, and through other experiential learning experiences.

WHAT DOES THIS DATA TELL US?

Above the National Average: Compared to students nationally from 170 universities, 46% of our students’ ratings by employers fell in Accomplished or Advanced (the top two ranked tiers) compared to the national average of 40%.
Excellence in DEI, Teamwork, and Tech: On a 7-point scale with 7 being “Always” our employers rated these student competencies consistently above 6 points.

- Teamwork: 6.5
- Technology: 6.4
Consistent Positive Behaviors: When feedback was received, these were the top behaviors employers consistently highlighted.
