Vault surveyed thousands of current and former interns about their internship programs. Vault’s 150 Best Internships reflect the highest-rated internship programs across the survey pool. The 2026 rankings are based on the results of the 2026 Internship Survey conducted in the summer of 2025.

    The HCVT internship program is offered to rising juniors with an interest in pursuing a career in accounting. Internships are available for audit, tax, and advisory, allowing students to explore what about accounting specifically interests them.
  3. Bates White Summer Consultant Program
    The Bates White Summer Consultant Program is an intensive 10-week internship that provides rising seniors with an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities while making meaningful contributions to the firm.
  4. BMSS Internship Program
    BMSS offers internships to students who are looking to explore public accounting. By prioritizing community and fostering a culture that cares about its employees, interns get to experience a warm and welcoming environment.
  5. Equinix Internship Program
    The Equinix internship program allows students to get firsthand experience with the company, whether their interests lie in sales, finance, HR, customer care, sales engineering, IT, or elsewhere.
  6. Guggenheim Securities Summer Investment Banking Internship Program
    Guggenheim Securities offers an investment banking internship program designed to give students visibility and exposure to the day-to-day activities of the firm’s IB division.
  7. Gusto Internship Program
    Gusto offers summer internships that integrate interns into engineering or finance teams.
  8. Sonoco Internship Program
    Sonoco runs a 12-week-long summer internship program that gives students firsthand experience of what it’s like to work for the company full-time. The internship covers a variety of areas within the company.
  9. The Friedkin Group Internship Program
    The Friedkin Group offers internships for students in many of its business areas, including accounting and finance, engineering, field operations, insurance and risk, IT, marketing, sales, supply chain and logistics, and tax.
  10. WilkinGuttenplan Internship Programs
    WilkinGuttenplan interns have the following responsibilities: Participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in utilizing advanced accounting software and tools effectively.
