We’re a small (but growing) growth marketing studio that works with early-stage startups to deliver their growth goals. Our clients are backed by top VC firms and accelerators like a16z, Index Ventures, & YCombinator. We work with clients who expect us to deliver real impact — meaning we move pretty quickly and can sometimes be a little unpolished around the edges. What You’ll Do
- Support client projects: research, client admin, supporting the team with ideas
- Conduct ad-hoc business development tasks, like researching leads or keeping our CRM updated
- Coordinate with the Founder and the rest of the team on day-to-day tasks (everything from marketing campaigns to internal operations)
- Learn how growth marketing in a variety of different startups really functions
Who You Are
- Interested in startups, marketing, & entrepreneurship
- Excited to get your hands dirty—no task is too small or too big
- Flexible, responsible, and able to work independently
- (Not required) Based on the West Coast (California preferred)
- Looking to move onto a Growth, VC, or Founder role in the future
- You’re probably a current student or recent grad but we’re open to different backgrounds
- Right to work in the US (We’d love to sponsor visas but can’t for this role)

- Flexible hours – we’re happy to support everything from a few hours a week up to nearly full-time
- 100% remote, but we’d love someone who can overlap with PST hours
- Potential path to a more significant role if everything clicks
