Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Management Intern located in our Austin, TX site.
Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the student will work on challenging projects in support of real-time business issues, to develop skills and experiences.
What a typical day looks like:
- Prepares reports and presentations
- Coordinates and maintains schedule, events, appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
- Composes and may initiate routine or non-routine correspondence
- Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature
- Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports
- May provide customer inquiries support
- May make high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company with customers, vendors, visitors & other stakeholders
- Attend team meetings and support project work as needed
Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:
- Senior student pursuing Industrial Engineering degree (undergrad)
- Enthusiastic about working in a manufacturing environment
- Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
- Previous internship experience a plus!
Internship Program Requirements:
- Available to start on May 26th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
- Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
- 3.0 minimum GPA
