We are seeking a dynamic, trend-savvy Social Media & Public Relations Intern to drive our brand’s presence across digital channels and initiate key industry relationships. This role is perfect for creative individuals who thrive on high-impact content creation and strategic, public-facing communication.
💡 Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Marketing team to ensure all public communications and content strategies align with the overarching brand goals and core messaging.
- Own the creation and execution of original, trendy, on-brand content (graphics, short-form videos like TikTok/Reels, stories, and engaging captions).
- Actively monitor and engage with followers, manage comments, and synthesize community feedback to cultivate a loyal and active online community.
- Research, vet, and initiate contact with relevant U.S. based creators, micro-influencers, and campus ambassadors to facilitate authentic brand collaborations.
- Ensure all external communications—from content captions to outreach emails—adhere to fAIshion’s established brand voice and core messaging.
- Track key social media and engagement metrics (e.g., reach, impressions, follower growth, video views), analyze content performance, and provide weekly reports with actionable insights.
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience in creating compelling, high-quality video (TikTok/Reels) and visual content (even if self-initiated or academic).
- Relevant, practical experience in social media, communications, or public relations roles.
- Deep, current understanding of how to effectively leverage major platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn) for branding and growth.
- A genuine passion for and current understanding of current culture, fashion, and technology trends.
💎Bonus!
- Experience managing branded social media accounts with measurable follower or engagement growth.
- Familiarity with content creation/editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, ambassador program management, or campus outreach.
