
In the spring of 2025, Augustana College will offer a Study Away program focused on innovation in music and science and ethical consideration in Germany and Switzerland (Alps). Students will take two courses on campus (ENGR 315 and MUSC 306) in Spring. After the academic term ends, the group will travel for approximately three weeks (May 27-June 19, projected) to Germany and Switzerland to see and experience relevant sites related to course themes.
This course focuses on ethical decision making in science & engineering relevant to 20th century European scientific and technological discoveries, institutions, achievements and events of the past for use as case studies.
Eligibility & Program Cap
- Augie students sophomores to seniors
- Minimum GPA: 2.5
- Program is capped at 24 students
